Established in 2016, Touch Residential has become a nationally recognised independent family agency and upon moving to Griffin the husband and wife duo have set their sights on establishing a long term residency in the area. With a main office in Sandgate, their strong referral business has seen them sell all over the north side of Brisbane and steadily grow their rent roll organically, helping many landlords in Griffin and surrounding areas.
Warmly welcomed earlier this year, the Griffin community has been amazing and their focus is now on giving back and bringing their established real estate brand to the area for locals to call their own. Future development projects in Griffin are exciting and it will give them the opportunity to open a physical office when available and they couldn’t be happier.
Parents to two children, family is the most important thing and the opportunity to help other families daily is the driving force behind their success and strong reputation in the industry.
After a successful career in Queensland Rail, Mathew McCullagh turned his attention to real estate as he had a long held passion to be a business owner and felt this industry would fit perfectly with being a young father with a strong desire to help people.
That opportunity came to life in 2016, but in the three years prior to opening the doors of Touch Residential he would gain valuable experience working within Real Estate franchises and a boutique agency building the skill set to run a successful team.
Now 8 years into a career and leading a team of 5, the hard work has only just begun.
Choosing Griffin was easy. A leafy green suburb, relatively young, massive potential and the kind of place where kids play and families gather. With development projects currently in progress like the Griffin Sports Complex, the future Freshwater Village, Brays road upgrade and Moreton Connector, there is so much to be excited about.
Our kids will have a complex to train, play and most importantly have fun…we will have a fresh shopping complex with food and drink establishments, a place for the community to meet whilst transport infrastructure will lower commute times.
Then there is Bruce the Brolga – we all know him and we love him!
