How much does Touch Residential charge to manage my property?
Our management fee is 7.5% + GST of rent collected, with a letting fee of one week’s rent + GST when a new tenancy starts. We don’t charge admin, disbursement, lease renewal or end-of-year statement fees.
How often will my property be inspected?
We complete a thorough entry condition report, then routine inspections in line with Queensland legislation, typically every three to four months, with photo reports sent to you each time.
How quickly will you find a tenant?
It depends on the market and the property, but our proactive marketing and applicant management are designed to minimise vacancy. We’ll give you an honest, data-backed expectation up front.
How do I switch from my current agent?
