About Chloe

Property Management

Chloe Marks brings a customer service, management and marketing background to her work as an assistant property manager at Touch Residential in Griffin. She has lived in the Moreton Bay region for 7 years, and the Ipswich area before that. Chloe spent 7 years at Strathpine Bowl, progressing into management and marketing roles. That gave her plenty of experience with people, problem-solving, organising events, day-to-day operations and great customer service. She then moved into real estate, gaining hands-on experience in property management with owners, tenants and trades while building her knowledge of the industry. Chloe graduated high school at St Paul’s Anglican School in 2022, and studied at Hawkeye Community College in the United States in 2024 and Iowa Central Community College in 2025. She gained her Queensland real estate licence in 2026.

Chloe has always enjoyed working with people and making things that little bit easier for them. Real estate is such a personal thing. Whether someone is renting, buying, selling or trusting her with their investment, she believes good communication and someone they can rely on makes a huge difference. Her customer service background taught her to listen, communicate openly and find a solution when something does not go to plan. What she loves most is watching people turn a house into a home, taking a blank canvas and making it somewhere they can truly call their own. No two properties are exactly the same.

Tenpin bowling is a huge part of Chloe’s life. She has competed for several years, including in the United States on a bowling scholarship, and still travels across Australia for tournaments. She loves travelling, spending time with her puppy and making the most of her time outside work. Her family are huge AFL fans, so naturally, go Bulldogs.
