Kasra Mohebbi

Kasra Mohebbi is a senior property manager at Touch Residential with years in the local market, from residential homes to commercial and retail spaces. He got his start in HR and university project management, which gave him strong organisational and communication skills. He is known for getting results, including launching a major new apartment building where he leased 91 units in 90 days. He holds a Master of Management (International Business), a Master of Human Resource Management and his real estate certificate of registration.

For Kasra, real estate is personal. Helping a tenant find a place to call home, or helping an owner protect their investment, it is rewarding to be part of that journey. He focuses on clear communication and practical problem-solving to make the whole process stress-free for everyone involved. And he has always genuinely loved property: everyday management, investment strategies, seeing new developments come to life. No two days are the same, and no two properties are identical.

Outside work, you will find Kasra at the beach or camping with family and friends. He is a big fan of exploring the local craft breweries, checking out new spots and catching a movie in his downtime.
